2023 Season Rates

Summer (late June, July, August, and early September)
During the Summer, we generally rent by the week, from Friday to Friday, and the rate for 2023 is C$3,528/week, or C$560/night.
If your accommodation needs are less (6 people or less), and you do not wish to use the King Suite, the rate is C$3,000/week, or C$485/night.
There is an additional C$250 cleaning fee and a $1000 refundable security deposit required with all rentals.
There is an additional 8% PST and 2% MRDT tax on all rental and cleaning fees.

Check Out: by 9:30 AM

Spring, Fall, and Winter
During the remainder of the year, we require at least a three night minimum rental. The rate is C$700/night.
Extended Check In and Check Out times may be arranged for Spring, Fall, and Winter.
Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
25% deposit (of your rent, cleaning fee, and security deposit) is required to confirm your booking.
Payment may be made by personal check or by online e-mail money transfer payable to Maureen McNally. If you wish to pay by credit card, then you must book through HomeAway or Vrbo.
The remainder of payment is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
The security deposit will be returned if the home is left in its original condition approximately 1 week after departure.
If cancellation is necessary, the following terms apply:
If cancellation notice is received no later than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, $100 will be retained and the remainder will be refunded.
If cancellation is received 59 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rent and 100% of the cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is received 29 to 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of the rent and 100% of the cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, only the cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded.
Smoking, pets, fires, parties, events, nor guests not on the rental agreement are not allowed on the property, inside or outside.
All rates are in Canadian dollars and subject to change.
The person(s) signing the rental agreement must be over 25 and must be present during the entire rental period. A photo copy of the signee's driver's license, as well as the names of all guests over 18 and ages of all children is required when submitting your rental application.
$100 fee for any returned checks.
